Report a Missed Service

Bin not emptied? First, you need to check if an orange sticker has been placed on the lid. This sticker may provide information as to why your bin has not been emptied. The sticker also provides instructions on how to rectify the problem in order to have your bin collected.

Your bin may not have been collected for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Contamination (unacceptable items in your bin)
  • Too heavy for the truck to lift
  • Overfull

If there is no sticker on your bin, it may have been missed. To report a missed service simply visit our online booking website within 48 hours by clicking here or contact our Customer Service Centre on 1300 1coast (1300 126 278).

Remember to always try to place your bins out for collection the evening before your service day as the drivers do start emptying bins bright and early in the morning. While most bins are not emptied until 7:00am, some bins are emptied earlier in the morning to avoid creating congestion on the roads at peak times.
